Scientific background

The Birth of the L.A.M. Method

120 years of sports science in a single piece of software. The mathematical and cognitive evolution of human performance.

What is the L.A.M. Method?

A simple, data-driven system for the sideline.

Player 01 / 04
FATIGUE 1 2 3 4 5 EXPERIENCE 1 2 3 4 5

Check-in Mode for athletes

Before and after training, players report their fatigue and inner experience (Flow) on their own phone in 30 seconds. They get autonomy and a digital voice.

Coach 02 / 04
Start Behavior Team Unity Flow Competence

Quick F.A.C.T.S. feedback

In a few taps, the coach rates the quality of the session, team unity, and motivation, completing the autoregulation loop.

System 03 / 04

Instant Lám-matrix alert

The algorithm analyzes the data in a fraction of a second. It immediately alerts the coach when a talent enters the injury-risk or burnout (Mismatch) zone.

Coach 04 / 04

Performance maximization & dropout prevention

Armed with the data, the coach can adapt the load in real time — sustaining Flow, boosting performance, and drastically cutting dropout rates.

Apply for the Closed Beta Program.

The official market price of the software is EUR 49 / month. At launch, however, selected coaches can pay with their professional feedback instead.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the L.A.M. Method help prevent injuries?

The L.A.M. algorithm compares athletes' daily, subjective feedback against the physical load you've planned. When the system detects that a player has entered the "Red Zone" (overload or burnout), it sends you an instant visual alert on the sideline — so you can reduce the load before accumulated fatigue turns into a physical injury.

Isn't subjective self-assessment unreliable? Wouldn't a wearable (e.g. Polar) be more accurate?

This is one of the biggest misconceptions in modern sports analytics. The latest sports-science research (s-RPE validation) shows that the subjective feedback of the human nervous system gives a more accurate picture of true exhaustion than any hardware. A sensor can't tell you the athlete slept badly or is dealing with family problems — but the brain blends this cognitive and emotional stress into a single feeling, which is the real key to preventing burnout.

How complicated is data entry for athletes?

It literally takes 30 seconds. No complicated spreadsheets or questionnaires needed. Before or after training, athletes rate their fatigue and inner experience (Flow) on a visual scale, right on their own phone. Two taps and it's done.

What guarantees that athletes report honest data?

The system is built on Digital Autonomy. Once players experience that honest feedback doesn't lead to punishment — but that you, as coach, use it to optimize their load — a strong trust network forms. Real-time adaptation is the strongest motivation for honesty.

What does everyday use look like in practice?

The whole process takes about 1 minute a day. Athletes enter their state in the locker room in 30 seconds. At the end of the session, on the sideline with your tablet, you spend another 30 seconds on the quick F.A.C.T.S. coach evaluation. The algorithm instantly updates the Lám matrix in the background.

What effect does the software have on parent satisfaction?

For parents, their child's mental and physical health is what matters most. Introducing the L.A.M. Method sends a clear message to families: "We're not just pushing your child harder — we're training them intelligently, based on data, while preventing burnout." This transparency dramatically increases parents' trust in the coaching staff.

How secure is the team's data?

The system is rigorously GDPR-compliant, running on a closed, cloud-based architecture with end-to-end encryption. Only authorized coaches can access the team's data. The data is 100% owned by the club and is never handed over to third parties for profiling or marketing purposes.

How long does it take to roll out the software at a club?

Since the L.A.M. Method requires no physical sensors (e.g. GPS vests), rollout takes less than an hour. Once your account is set up, you just send invite links to the players — they register on their phones, and the system is ready to use immediately.

What integration options exist with other systems?

The L.A.M. Method is currently a closed, standalone (SaaS) platform. Its advantage is that rollout requires zero IT expertise. It runs alongside any existing video-analysis tool (e.g. Hudl) or tactical software without disrupting your current workflows — all you need is a browser.
